It was only given out at the Japan Pokemon Centers during a special pre-sale for the Nintendo Switch Pokemon Legends: Arceus video game, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. It was released in January, 2022. The book is A5 size which is smaller than a normal sheet of paper. It has 31 pages in full color. Below are just a few examples of what the artwork inside looks like. Wonderful for any artist who likes to draw Pokémon. The book is in Japanese.
